Charles Macbeth
Chief Excecutive Officer
As founder and CEO of Macbeth Apartment Services, Mr. Macbeth has been the leader
of MAS since its beginnings back in 1987. He is responsible for strategic
planning and growth overseeing all aspects of the company. His background in
construction management and property management has served him in developing
MAS into a client focused, team driven organization encompassing all areas
of multifamily management services. His path to forming MAS and property
management, started when he worked as a Property Supervisor for San Diego 1st
Realty in 1986, overseeing a few small apartment properties. The following year,
he acquired the company and slowly grew the management portfolio, from 137 multifamily
units to 8,000 multifamily units throughout Southern California, having managed
over
$2 billion in assets.
Mr. Macbeth's hallmark of detailed management coupled with exceptional service has given him the opportunity to work with many reputable organizations and institutional clients. This philosophy has also guided him outside the company, with his charitable work and contributions to children's organizations throughout San Diego County. His business ventures have also been recognized within the industry, winning awards for his management services and building a reputation of "getting the job done". He looks forward to the successful growth of MAS and the development of new business relationships with investors in an ever changing industry.

Dirk Needham , CPM®
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Needham has served at MAS since 1988 and is COO and a Certified Property Manager®. Beginning as a property supervisor, overseeing a small portfolio of properties, his experience has been learned firsthand with the growth of the company. He now currently oversees all aspects of Property Operations and is in charge of day-to-day management of the MAS management portfolio. Since 2000, Mr. Needham's role has expanded to include Corporate Oversight and Chief Operating Officer, where he makes strategic decisions and assists in planning for long-term growth as the company expands further into Southern California. Besides coordinating overall growth, Mr. Needham directs operations of all assets in the MAS portfolio through regional supervisors and on-site personnel including monitoring and guiding management processes at the corporate level.
Mr. Needham has been with MAS since its inception and is a licensed real
estate broker and member of the Institute of Real Estate Management. He graduated
with a B.A. from the University of San Diego and sits on the Board of Directors
for Macbeth Apartment Services. Mr. Needham was awarded "CPM® of the Year" by
IREM San Diego in November of 2010.

Bill Roblero
Vice President Business Development
Mr. Roblero joined MAS bringing over 21 years of experience in the real estate industry and oversees the Business Development and Marketing for the company. Prior to joining MAS, he was Vice President with Lee & Associates' Multifamily Division from 2002 to 2008, being one of the first few brokers to join Lee & Associates, specializing exclusively in multifamily properties. Before serving at Lee & Associates, Mr. Roblero was a Senior Associate at Grubb & Ellis Commercial from 1997 to 2002, where he assisted in organizing the Multifamily Services Group for the Southern California region, focusing on multifamily sales and advisory services.
In his 14 years of specializing in the apartment industry, Mr. Roblero has sourced and structured over $450 million in multifamily transactions for clients ranging from private partnerships and institutional investors, to non-profit organizations and government housing agencies. He has structured many notable sales of large apartment communities, advising clients such as BRE Properties Trust and the Housing Authority of San Bernardino County. Mr. Roblero has been quoted many times in real estate industry publications, including the California Real Estate Journal and Western Real Estate Business Magazine discussing topics related to the multifamily industry.
Mr. Roblero's background has allowed him to see first hand the business operations of a wide range of multifamily investors. His financial analysis and underwriting background of various types of properties affords him the opportunity to assist clients in improving the performance of their investment. Mr. Roblero's knowledge also brings multi-faceted perspectives and insights about property operations. He has learned over the years that nothing is more important than thorough and in-depth market research for a multifamily investment to be successful.

Dudley Was
Chief Financial Officer & Controller
Dudley Was joined MAS as CFO and Controller, overseeing the financial and accounting operations for the entire management portfolio including; interacting with regional supervisors to implement proper on-site procedures, formulating appropriate methods of tracking and correlating on-site financial activities. He also handles and reports on compliance with client requirements. Mr. Was is a Certified Public Account and draws upon an extensive accounting background that includes over 22 years of multifamily asset and accounting management.
Prior to joining Macbeth Apartment Services, Mr. Was served as Controller of Property Accounting with Fairfield Residential where he oversaw the accounting and financial reporting for over 50,000 units throughout the United States. He also developed the Property Accounting department from a staff of 4 to over 40 accounting professionals for the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual GAAP basis financial statements, budget variance analysis, cash flow management, investor reporting, partner distributions and debt service. Mr. Was also managed the entire auditing process for annual audit reports for investors and lenders, working with accounting firms Deloitte & Touche, Ernst & Young, KPMG, and PriceWaterhouse Coopers. He handled the administration and accounting for REITS, limited partnerships, limited liability companies, 1031 exchanges, interest rate hedges, impairment reserves and distressed assets.
Mr. Was graduated, cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting in May 1979 and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma Honorary Society.

Eloisa Marinela Borja
Senior Vice President & Regional Supervisor
Eloisa Borja joined MAS in 1995 and serves as the Senior Regional Supervisor overseeing all regional supervisors and on-site managers, including the personnel and staff of each property in the MAS portfolio. She is responsible for the supervision of property operations related to human resources and assists in day to day management of the MAS management portfolio. Ms. Borja also coordinates on-site personnel with corporate oversight and accounting operations and is responsible for scheduling and communicating corporate initiatives in marketing and planning to all regional supervisors. In addition, she participates in due diligence reviews for a client's acquisition of a property and assists in the planning of renovations with the construction department and on-site staff.
Ms. Borja is fluent in Spanish and is a licensed real estate salesperson. She graduated from the Insituto de Mercadotecnia y Publicidad in Mexico City and has held executive positions with Bancomer in Mexico City, Bank of Boston and Banco de Santander in the Dominican Republic. Her background in supervision and communication within a team-work environment greatly benefits all our clients, and assures the completion of diligent planning and successful operation of a multifamily investment.
